After buying a property in Spain our solicitors recommend to make a Spanish will in order to ensure an easy inheritance process for your heirs.  The Spanish will is done according to the Spanish formalities, but following the British inheritance allowances. You will receive from our solicitors the advice you need before the will is made in front of a Notary Public.
Inheritance proceeding will be different depending if the deceased person has made a previous will in Spain or UK. Our solicitors will advice the appointed heirs about  the documents required  in order to start the proceeding. Once the paperwork is handled the  inheritance acceptance and partition will be done. Afterwards, we will arrange the inscription at the Land Registry and the Inheritance Tax payment.
