Why do we have two different names?
You might be wondering why we have two solicitor´s offices with two different names, both in Torrevieja or nearby.
Both our practices offer very similar legal and fiscal services, cater mainly for the foreign property owners, deal with property conveyancing, fiscal representation, legal representation, litigation, family law, etc. and both practices are fronted by the same highly professional legal team, who share their time between the two…So, why naming them differently?
The reason is simple. Advisers Bureau Consulting (or abc1 as we call it), located in Torrevieja, has been created primarily to take in the influx of clients that were abandoned by Aldea Asesores when the company went into receivership. We are working very hard contacting them all, explaining what has happened to Aldea, and offering them the peace of mind of knowing that their legal and fiscal affairs are in capable hands. Any ex-client of Aldea Asesores is welcome to contact us or come to visit us. They soon realize, after meeting us, that we are here to stay, that we are a dynamic and capable company that puts their interest first, and that we are transparent in our approach to business.
Advisers Brokers Conveyancing (abc2) is situated in Orihuela Costa, in the heart of Playa Flamenca, at only 10 minutes from Torrevieja. Aldea asesores
Early in 2010, the law firm Aldea Asesores stopped trading due to financial problems and went into receivership. The Insolvency Administrator appointed by the Commercial Court of Alicante (Spain) authorized on the 23rd July 2010 the transfer of Aldea Asesores’s client base to our company, ADVISERS BUREAU CONSULTING, SL.
Part of the transfer process was that we were to receive all Aldea´s clients’ files and documentation. Unfortunately, the change over did not go as smoothly as we expected, resulting in that we do not have all the documentation for all of the clients. To any Aldea ex-client that contacts us, we do our utmost to collate any documentation that they might have kept for them. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will have everything, and that is why we advise everybody that has had any dealings with Aldea in the past to contact us.
